Morgan is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of New Jersey who brings warmth, curiosity, and respect to her work. She strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to show up as they are and begin meaningful change.
Morgan takes a holistic and integrative approach to counseling, recognizing that emotional well-being connects closely to the body, relationships, and environment. She blends cognitive behavioral therapy with somatic techniques to help clients not only understand their thoughts and patterns, but also reconnect with their bodies and build a greater sense of internal safety. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to meet your unique needs, goals, and pace.
She has extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, and older adults navigating depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and grief. Morgan has a particular passion for supporting survivors of interpersonal violence. She approaches this work with sensitivity, care, and a strong emphasis on empowerment and choice.
Morgan is certified in Compassion Skills and Ethical Online Counseling, allowing her to provide thoughtful, attuned support in both in-person and virtual settings. Whether you are new to therapy or returning to it, she strives to make the process feel approachable and collaborative.
